    All our condos are on the river and have the same following features!

Our vacation condos are in duplex and triplex buildings. The duplex buildings have two bedroom units that can be converted to one-bedrooms by simply locking off the upstairs loft bedroom. The triplex units have two two-bedroom units and a one-bedroom unit.  All one bedroom rentals feature a king size bed.  Two bedroom units have a queen bed and a twin bed in the upstairs bedroom, with its own bath.  The 2 person jetted tub is located in the downstairs master bedroom in both the one and two bedroom units!  To view our video click here:   River Stone Video 

Construction began on these cedar-sided buildings in 1998, and the last units were built in 1999. All are beautiful, modern, comfortable and on Fall River.

The living rooms have a beautiful view of Rocky Mountain National Park and Fall River, and they're the right size for cozy chats by the fire!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, mixing bowls, barbecue implements and more. You can cook dinner and store your food in our modern and full-sized appliances, which include an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Although we provide ice in the ice maker, coffee (in prepackaged filter packs), tea, sugar and creamer packages, you will need to bring the rest of your food and drink.
The Jacuzzi spa is big enough for two and perfect for romantic mountain evenings. But it's also just right for one person who needs a nice long soak after a strenuous day hiking!
 

The main bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, TV with VCR, two-person spa Jacuzzi and a full bathroom. A ceiling fan keeps the air warm or cool, depending on the season. Your back window overlooks towering pine trees and the occasional visiting deer, elk, bighorn sheep or black bear!
 
The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin bed and a bathroom.  Perfect for a second couple or children that prefer not to share a bed.
